Caliper Respray

Caliper Respray Warranty.

Our caliper respray services include a workmanship warranty covering the quality of preparation, application, and clear coat finish. Due to the high-heat operating environment of brake components, certain conditions are excluded.

What's Covered

Paint Peeling (Workmanship-Related)

Peeling that occurs due to improper preparation or application is covered. This includes failure of the coating to bond correctly to the caliper surface.

Adhesion Failure

If the paint separates from the caliper due to application error or curing issues, this is covered under warranty.

Clear Coat Delamination

If the clear coat lifts or separates due to workmanship-related causes, it is covered within the warranty period.

What's NOT Covered

Heat Discolouration

Brake calipers are exposed to extreme temperatures. Colour change or fading caused by excessive heat is not covered.

Track or Performance Driving

Vehicles used for racing, track days, or aggressive driving produce significantly higher brake temperatures. Damage resulting from this use is excluded.

Brake Dust Staining

Brake dust contains metallic particles that can stain or etch into painted surfaces if left uncleaned. This is considered a maintenance-related issue.

Chemical Damage

Damage caused by acidic wheel cleaners, iron removers, degreasers, or harsh cleaning chemicals is not covered.

Stone Chips & Road Debris

Chipping caused by rocks or debris from normal driving conditions is not covered.

Mechanical Damage

Damage caused during brake servicing, pad replacement, or mechanical repairs performed by third parties is excluded.

Improper Maintenance

Failure to clean calipers regularly or use of abrasive brushes/tools is not covered.

Care Guide

Maintenance Recommendations.

To maintain your caliper finish:

01

Clean Regularly

Prevent brake dust build-up by cleaning calipers regularly.

02

Avoid Acidic Cleaners

Do not use acidic wheel cleaners on painted calipers.

03

No Metal Brushes

Use soft brushes only — metal brushes will scratch the finish.

04

Avoid Close-Range Pressure Washing

Do not direct high-pressure water at close range on the caliper surface.

05

Inform Your Mechanic

Let mechanics know that calipers are painted before any brake servicing.

Proper maintenance significantly extends the appearance and durability of caliper coatings.
